Brittney Carlson

ESCROW OFFICER/MANAGER

We are thrilled to have Brittney Carlson leading our team as an escrow officer and branch manager.  Brittney has been in the industry since 2005 where she started as a receptionist and within 7 months was promoted to an assistant.  She has a true passion for escrow and loves that no two transactions are the same.  Brittney is detail oriented & meticulous as well extremely personable.  She spends her spare time with her two children.  Brittney is a huge asset to our team.

Theresa Wilson

ESCROW ASSISTANT

Theresa Wilson is an amazing addition to our team at Americas.  She has 29 years of real estate and lending experience and 16 of that has been in escrow.  Theresa is known for her detail and follow through which is critical to the escrow process.  She is happily married with two sons that she loves spending time with.  Theresa loves being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.  Her personal approach to escrow leaves our clients feeling well taken care of.  We are so proud to have Theresa on our team.
